As a client under Exclusive Buyer Agency with Mike Quam, I guarantee that when you find a home you want to purchase, I will negotiate on your behalf to help you purchase this home for at least $5,000 less than the original price listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), or I will credit you $500 – $1,000 cash towards upgrades, home warranty, home inspection, washer, dryer or refrigerator at closing.
The Following Conditions Apply:
1. You must sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency agreement with Mike Quam for a period
of at least six months.
2. The listed price of the home you purchase will be at least $150,000.
3. If list price of home is $150,000 to $200,000, you will receive $500, if list price of home is $200,000 – $300,000 you will receive $750, if list price of home is $300,000 or more, you will receive $1,000.
The Bottom Line…
If I fail to negotiate a price for you of at least $5,000 below the listed price (including seller assistance), I will credit you the $500 – $1,000 savings as outlined above at the closing of the sale of the home you purchase through me.
